The Village, Dalmarnock - Phase 2

This residential masterplan will extend and complete the 2014 Glasgow Commonwealth Games Village masterplan. The site was used to accommodate the village temporary facilities during the games, and will be re-developed to create a further 125 new terraced housing units. The new housing will adopt and extend the urban and architectural approach delivered as part of Phase 1, and tie the new village in to the existing residential areas which exist to the west, and connect with the new primary school which will be constructed to the east.
