New House, Clyde Valley

This new four-bedroomed house benefits from a secluded rural site which commands open, south-facing views across the River Clyde valley near Crossford.

The design proposes a long shallow plan house which allows sunlight to penetrate the plan from sunrise to sunset. The form and the floor levels follow the slope of the site to maintain a low profile, and living spaces are located on the first floor to take advantage of the panoramic views.
